The National support groups are free and open to all experiencing infertility in the United States. We offer a variety of groups including: General Infertility, LGBTQ+, Pregnancy After Infertility, Male, Genetic Diagnosis, Surrogacy, and OncoFertility.
Our Fertility Buddies® program offers “relationship-based support.” Individuals currently experiencing infertility and/or trying to build their family are matched with trained fertility veterans, who understand the pressure, pain, and emotional upheaval caused by infertility and various paths to parenthood, and can offer the much-needed support to those currently on a journey.
JFF offers virtual programming, including support groups, to spread awareness of infertility and to bring our amazing community together.
JFF provides community-based financial assistance, emotional support, and educational resources.
Current JFF Communities:
Elisheva spent the first 18 years of her life in Southern California thoroughly enjoying the beach and warm weather. She spent her gap year in Israel before attending Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York City. She graduated with two bachelor degrees in Contemporary History and Modern Jewish studies. After graduating, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she worked in event planning and catering. She married her husband Elie Engler in 2008. After deciding to start a family, they realized it’s not as easy as it looks. After multiple rounds of IUI and IVF, they are so grateful to have welcomed two daughters and a son into their family.
Going through the painful experience of infertility opened their eyes to how lonely and isolating it can feel. Together with Elana Frank and a wonderful group of people, Elie and Elisheva helped create the Jewish Fertility Foundation. Elisheva is so excited to continue her professional journey with JFF as a Program Manager. She believes strongly in raising awareness of the struggles of infertility and providing those experiencing infertility with a helping hand and an open heart.
