We know you're already getting inundated with Black Friday emails and deals, and while retail therapy has its place, we wanted to share an alternative to Black Friday- the Opt Outside movement! Start making plans now to get outside the day after Thanksgiving; your body and mind will both benefit! And research shows that vitamin D has many benefits for fertility! And if nothing else, going for a walk in the woods or just around the block might get you away from nosy Aunt Frida for a little bit....
If you have an @rei in your area, many of them are offering organized walks or hikes on Friday!
